Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise cost and budget department and closely work with the accounts department to finalize monthly, Quarterly & Annual financial statements.
∎ Enhance and implement financial accounting systems, Cost center-wise recording, Product Costing & improve recording process and control systems.
∎ SKU wise, Brand Wise, Depot & SBU wise performance analysis (Quarterly, Half-yearly and yearly) and report to management.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of Budgeting, Materials requirement forecasting, Product costing, Monitor and controlling overhead, fixed assets, inventory, general accounting.
∎ Responsible for Receivable management, Payable management, Bank Current A/C and Petty cash management.
∎ Maintaining different type of loan account, Interest reconciliation, Conversion rate reconciliation, reconciliation of LC opening margin adjustment, Maintain relationship & negotiation with bank to save bank operating expense.
∎ BOM Checking, Batch wise materials usage variance calculation, Yield variance calculation, all types of materials receive issue valuation, recording and reconciliation.
∎ Gather data and information, analyse, summarize and initiate easy to understand reports to
∎ management to set long-term planning and cost management in alignment with the goal of the organization.
∎ Identify risk factors in operation and assist in development and continuous improvement of a strong internal control system in various functional areas.
∎ Work closely with production, warehouse, supply chain, Engineering, Distribution and other
∎ departments to set SOP and make it in practice.
∎ Closely work with VAT & Tax department to confirm smooth operating of all types of TAX & VAT activities.
∎ Communicate with internal & external audit team to complete statutory audit and regular audit.
