∎ Master/ MBA degree in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ CA (CC)/ ICMA (Inter)/ Civil Engineering along with relevant experience will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Cost and budget, Cost Management, Finance, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare feasibility of projects.
∎ Prepare project estimate & budget and controlling project cost
∎ Checking and careful verification of bills and other documents.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly construction budget, variance budget and cash inflow and outflow statement.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Should have experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Adequate knowledge on project budget preparation, land feasibility, market rate survey & analysis and able to prepare different kinds of customized reports to meet the management desire.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities and strong physical & mental abilities.
∎ Should have patience and interpersonal skills to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Good communication and liaison skills are mandatory.
