Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and monitor detailed budgets for projects, including pre-construction, construction, and operational phases.
Establish and implement cost control measures and systems to monitor project expenditures and variance.
Collaborate with project teams, providing cost insights to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Ensure contract compliance, manage changes in contracts, and evaluate contract renewals or terminations.
Lead and mentor the cost and budget team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, project management, procurement, and operations.
Materials inventory check & wastage control.
Labor as rate analysis & quantity check.
Market survey for checking the rate various item
BOQ Check & Budget finalization both manual & ERP
Construction bill, MEP bill check
Project related budget check.
Any other task assigned by management
