Job Responsibilities:
∎ Nielsen's Consumer Insights (CI) team provides a range of specialized primary research tools for clients, which both complement and add value to core Nielsen products for clients primarily in the FMCG, financial services and technology sectors. The team runs both ad hoc and continuous studies addressing client objectives in areas such as customer experience, brand health, market entry, product evaluations and broader consumer needs and behavior.
∎ The mission of this role is to help our clients shape their strategic decisions that lead to better business results. To do this the CI Leader understands client needs and challenges, apply robust analytical and consumer insights expertise. The individual in this role will provide guidance and coach an ambitious team of CI associates and cultivate client relationships through top class delivery and strong engagement. This role will ultimately lead the team to drive measurable outcomes for clients, in turn driving organic growth for Nielsen's business.
∎ Co-lead client relationships with client consultants for CI projects, and ensure research deliverable meet high analytical quality standards while providing insights that are actionable and reflect Nielsen's commitment to top class consultancy.
∎ While focusing on CI, also where appropriate leverage Nielsen's extensive portfolio of analytic capabilities, software/dashboards, thought leadership, data assets, and other resources to provide holistic solutions for clients.
∎ Provide training and necessary support for internal teams so they can be fully equipped to sell, execute, manage, and service marketing effectiveness projects.
∎ Mentor/Coach the local Nielsen CI team and facilitate their professional development.
∎ Act as ambassador in their country/region of sustainable high performance concept and implement its practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge of working experience in Consumer Insights role(s) - research agency preferred; or in market research units of client companies.
∎ 6+ years' experience in market research or consumer analytics, 2+ years' leadership experience in Consumer Research.
∎ Strong analytical mind, very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools.
∎ Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques.
∎ Good knowledge of the characteristics of the relevant markets.
∎ Leadership, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse group of people.
∎ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
∎ Good organizational & interpersonal skills and strong people management skills.
∎ Computer and technology savvy, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
