Job Context:
∎ The candidate must be capable of leading, managing & developing a team of HR professionals and have in-depth knowledge with clear understanding of HR Policy, Procedures & compliance, HR Training & Development, Grievance and Disciplinary Handling, Counseling, Employment/Labor Laws and HR best practices. Should be able to obtain approved license & work permit, Visa for foreign staff
∎ Location: Factory- South Baroibari, Kashimpur, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive and follow the instructions passed by the Honorable Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Directors of the Company.
∎ To assist the Director, Operation for ensuring in-time, proper & effective supervision and co-ordination with all Line Managers / Supervisors for smooth operation & function of the Company.
∎ To look after the personnel, administrative and policy matters including office & disciplinary management.
∎ To maintain and monitor proper organizational structure and professional working environment inside the Company.
∎ To ensure appropriate conduct among the Staff Members by effective implementation of Standard HR Policy, Guidelines and Institutional Code of Conduct.
∎ To ensure appropriate Service related to Employees of the Company including HR, Compliance, Compensation, Benefit, Staff Welfare etc.
∎ To maintain all Personnel Files, Office Files, Deeds, Documents etc. with proper maintenance and record keeping system.
∎ To look after and ensure the appropriate process of all administrative Bills, Vouchers and settle the Claims of Vendors, Staff Members and so on.
∎ To prepare various Reports of the Departments, take corrective measures (if required) and communicate the same to the proper Management.
∎ To prepare job advertisements, arrange job postings and coordinate Interviews in accordance with the organizational recruitment standards and business needs.
∎ To make all necessary correspondences relating to employees and various Government, Non-Government and International Agencies under the supervision & guidance of the Heads of the Departments, if required.
∎ To liaison and co-ordinate with local authorities and all law enforcing departments.
∎ To co-ordinate schedule of various meetings and organize the same by maintaining a calendar of events & activities.
∎ To lead and supervise the entire Compliance Team of the Company.
∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall compliance activities of the Company.
∎ To ensure proper working environment inside and outside of the Factory.
∎ To ensure proper safety & security of the Company including its employees, products, assets and properties.
∎ To ensure appropriate quality of products of the Company.
∎ To perform all compliance audits and inspections of the Company including its all process & procedures.
∎ To coordinate and maintain a good relationship with all Compliance & Legal Agencies.
∎ To ensure proper coordination with all Departments of the Company.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
