- Strong understanding of statutory requirements for health facilities in Bangladesh.
- Proven leadership, reporting, and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Vision Centers to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with hospital and government regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase patient visits and ensure financial sustainability.
Monitor performance, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely donor reporting.
Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of Vision Center teams.
Strengthen community outreach and maintain effective engagement with donors and stakeholders.
