Job Context:
∎ This role is designed to explore new donors/sponsors in country through a regular business development meeting.
∎ Office Hours: Saturday to Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with grantors, donors and other stakeholders through effective communication, networking and periodic updates on the NGO's activities.
∎ Supporting the organization to generate funds from the public and private sectors.
∎ Make calls & arrange meetings with the existing & new donors/partners.
∎ To meet and greet with the high profile relevant corporate personnel in line with the ethical partnership policies.
∎ Writing high-quality external communications documents, Sponsorship Proposals, Partnership Contracts, emails to corporate partners and other campaign materials as required.
∎ Providing high standards of relationship management to existing corporate partners.
∎ Ensure capacity-strengthening initiatives comply with the relevant policies and regulations of Alokito Poth.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on the progress and impact of capacity development efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Innovation and idea generation
∎ Excellent presentation skills in English

∎ Business : Alokito Poth started back in 2016 with its limited resources contributed by the executive committee members to support physically challenged children with disability and autism through occupational therapy, speech & Language therapy and Physiotherapy. Since then, Alokito Poth has been serving children with disability and autism at free of cost to bring them back to normal life.
Titled project intends to support 102 parents, 51 children over the period of 12 months to have them access to therapeutic and education services including but not limited to: occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, counseling and awareness education. Over the period, 51 physically challenged children will receive regular therapies; parents and caregivers to receive counseling and awareness education to mainstream their children.
