∎ Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check CBD, Fund Management, Contract, and export LC.
∎ To Open Back-to-Back LC, Machinery LC Import bill follow up with Maturity date as well as supplier payment Handling all Import clearance.
∎ Maintain constant communication with external agents (EPZ's, Customs, Shipping Agents, C&F, Banks etc.) and follow-up with status updates to minimize possibility of errors/delays.
∎ Checking PI, HS Code (Fabrics, Yarn, Dyes, Chemical Machinery and Spare Parts) of suppliers, to provide LC in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare and monitor party acceptance of local BTB LC.
∎ To properly maintain issuing documents and given then bank acceptance for local BTB LC timely.
∎ Import follow-up.
∎ Follow up with merchandising on all import related issues.
∎ Cover note collection from insurance company.
∎ Record keeping of B/E.
∎ Monthly checking marine insurance bill and provide the Accounts and Finances Dept. for payment settlement.
