Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager for Cash Incentive in our Commercial Department.
∎ Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Cash Incentive related to all activities.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge related to all circulars and guidelines regarding Cash Incentive.
∎ To Kept excellent knowledge of Master LC, Sales Contract, BTB LC, BGMEA related UD, EO, PRC etc.
∎ Communication with related banks, audit firms & Central Bank until the realization of the audited claim amount.
∎ Reporting to top management related to Cash Incentive properly.
∎ Keeping all related files and documents for future use.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
