Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline / Diploma in CAD / Pattern making & grading.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in CAD
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidate(s)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, CAD, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Pattern Design, Grading & marker making.
∎ Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & grading. Must have sufficient technical knowledge.
∎ To provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
∎ To communicate with merchandiser and factory production staffs.
∎ Should have experience in all knit item pattern (IE, T - Shirt, Polo Shirt, Pull Over, Parker & bottom.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Should have experience in both manual & auto pattern making.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ To ensure garments costing, consumption, pattern development, grading as required.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
