∎ Age 35 to 45 years.
∎ PGD in Pattern making & design will be treated as an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly deal with the Top Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
∎ Have to organize the overall activities of the CAD Section and ensure uniform distribution of works among the team members.
∎ Candidate has to be very competent in Garber and Gemini software.
∎ Manage Style wise timely preparation & development of Patterns and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error in cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Ensure Pattern calibration regular basis for measurement accuracy.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ To prepare comparison between marking and actual fabric consumption with valid explanation.
∎ Responsible for provide all kind of fabric, piping, tape etc. booking consumption and ensure 100% accurate consumption.
∎ Good collaboration with merchandising team.
∎ Need to have experience to work with auto cutter and cutting automations set up.
∎ Any others task as assigned by the top management
