Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals;
∎ Provide strategic advice to Country’s Head so that office will have accurate view of the market and Bangladesh business future;
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;

∎ Japanese language skill: N2/N1 level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Business experience in specialty chemical industry;
∎ Proven experience as Manager or other managerial position;
∎ Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans in chemical Business;
∎ Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company’s Group;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies.
Salary: Tk. 200000 - 300000 (Monthly)
