Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Candidates with general academic background with relevant work experience and significant hands on skill on MS Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect APP from the procurement entities and generate sales leads.
∎ Assist to develop annual business plan.
∎ Achieve annual sales target.
∎ Regular visit to BPDB/ Other Power Utilities regarding Pre/Post- tender issues.
∎ Maintaining regular correspondences with BPDB (Purchase, Design, Accounts, Training, Projects) for Post tender issues.
∎ Visit PD offices & Power Plants for business development.
∎ Coordination with Bank for ensuring smooth flow of documentation and bill realization.
∎ Visit and liaison with Ministry to ensure flow of approvals within deadline.
∎ Regular communication with C&M BPDB for Port release issues.
∎ Sourcing (both foreign and local).
∎ Visit/Meetings with local suppliers for sourcing local products required for tenders.
∎ Regular communication with project partners for product sourcing and supply issues related to tender.
∎ Maintain required communication with Manufacturers/ Suppliers/ Partners during tender submission process.
∎ Supervise Tender preparation for govt. power utilities.
∎ Monitor management of all related documentations and database.
∎ Coordinate with other internal cross functional teams.
∎ Prepare regular task update and attend weekly team meetings.
∎ Regular reporting to higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Govt Tender Participation will be a plus.
