Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputed University.
∎ MBA (Marketing) preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Operation, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new job opportunities in overseas market;
∎ Collect skilled / semi-skilled / unskilled manpower based on recruiters recruitment;
∎ Follow the recruitment procedure according to the standard overseas recruitment procedure;
∎ Communicate & make liaison with different government body (Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET), Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Probashi Kollayan Bank, BAIRA, BOESL, etc.);
∎ Communicate & make liaison with different training institute to make collaboration for different training;
∎ Arrange financial support for immigrant employees, if required;
∎ Communicate & make liaison with different embassy for smooth process to export manpower;
∎ Arrange promotional programs, seminars, workshops, discussions, and meeting.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Prepare contract, collaboration agreement, MoU, Power of Attorney, JV Agreement etc.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Preserve in the data bank, information relating to overseas employment;
∎ Submit reports to the government, from time to time, as regarding trends in labour market and welfare of workers
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience in a manpower recruitment company.
∎ Candidates from Manpower business background will get extra preference.
∎ Interpersonal and Communication skill
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
