Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new market opportunities, both locally and globally with special focus on foreign clients, and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
∎ Candidate must have flexibility to travel overseas, including having valid passport and travel history.
∎ Maintain strong rapport with, provide assistance to and coordinate with network of sales agents overseas.
∎ Successfully bid and submit proposals for BPO-related jobs and projects in Freelance Marketplace Platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
∎ Formulate and execute effective online and social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
∎ Generate leads on potential clients, maintain repository of leads, forward leads to suitable sales agents and follow-up on leads throughout the sales funnel.
∎ Develop relationships with potential clients and build rapport.
∎ Work with Project Manager on costing and pricing.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals.
∎ Mentor and provide leadership to a team of business development associates and interns.
∎ Track and report on business development metrics.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)

∎ In addition to a Base Salary, the position is entitled to lucrative Sales Commission on the basis of successfully winning and delivering jobs and projects.
