Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
∎ • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
∎ • Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
∎ • To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
∎ • Monitoring sales team.
∎ • Achievement of sales and collection target.
∎ • Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor
∎ • Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies
∎ • Managing the production marketing materials, arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
∎ • Monitoring competitor's activity and report to supervisor
∎ • Prepare a monthly report over existing customer with their feedback
∎ • Any kind of task that as and when basis by the management required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6-10 years in sales experience within IT Enable Services ( ISP's, Data Center Co-location and IT Infrastructure).
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
