∎ Reporting to the Country Manager, the Market Development Manager is to accomplish Parkway Hospitals` business objective by developing new business opportunities leveraging on emerging healthcare trends in Bangladesh. This position requires to establish new referral channels specifically in the following 3 areas:
∎ -Network of referring doctors and partners
∎ -Patients and various specialists
∎ -Corporate partners and clubs
∎ Develop in-depth understanding of the patient acquisition pathway (to Singapore) through market intelligence and research.
∎ Develop CRM program for the office`s patient and partner database.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, promotion and activation programs; developing field sales action plans.
∎ Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer (patient) requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
∎ Build rapport with key accounts, corporate partners and doctors by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Monitor competition and healthcare landscape in Bangladesh. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks.
∎ Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by growing and developing new business opportunities through channel acquisition and expansion: appointment of local partners and maintaining local business networks.
∎ Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer (patient) requirements.
