Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for all tasks related to brand management and enhancing brand awareness, image, and equity of the company.
∎ Develop a brand communication action plan as per research findings & business objectives
∎ Coordinate with creative agencies and ensure the effectiveness of each marketing communication initiative
∎ Manage advertising campaign (ATL, BTL, Outdoor), sponsorship, event, and activation
∎ Ensure timely publication and distribution of brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other promotional kits
∎ Prepare event calendar in coordination with Sales and Business Development teams and ensure that all events and activations are conducted as per set guideline
∎ Lead digital marketing initiatives and continuously update website contents
∎ Manage Product-wise TVC production, occasion-wise OVC production & Company AV production. Maintaining PR Communication from time to time with Agencies / Third Parties with TV channels/ Radio/ Newspaper.
∎ Maintain giveaways and all sorts of promotional materials
∎ Develop customer and influencer databases in coordination with the sales and research team.
∎ Any other work which the management may assign to you.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic, and have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Capable of handling a wide range of agencies, suppliers, and vendors
∎ Should be creative and have a positive mindset and dedication to continuous improvement
∎ Should have a clear understanding of trends in the reinforcement bar industry, buyers' decision-making process, etc.
