Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Master’s in Education/ English or other relevant subjects with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in designing and implementing capacity development plans for teachers and staff centrally under the guidance of the supervisor.
∎ Work closely with the supervisor to provide guidance to the teachers to develop effective tools for assessing students’ performance and progress.
∎ Support in the recruitment process of new teachers by developing assessment tools independently.
∎ Work closely with MIS (SE) to analyze non-financial data (enrolment, exam results) and develop reports for sharing.
∎ Coordinate with GOs, local community and donors to find out possible opportunities of value adding partnerships.
∎ Support research and monitoring unit in conducting school level studies.
∎ Visit schools to observe overall school performances (teachers’ capacity, students’ performance, etc.), prepare insightful reports and make recommendation to the supervisor on improvement areas, which would be useful for developing new strategy and models
∎ Support operations team in preparing business plans and project proposals for schools in collaboration with relevant departments.
∎ Attend parents meetings to get insights on parents’ satisfaction and expectations, and provide information for future planning
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of private and public education systems and Sound knowledge of sustainable development
∎ Must have Good Communication, Report writing, Presentation skills, Computer skills and project management skills
∎ Must have Problem solving ability, Analytical ability, Strong interpersonal, People management, Persuasion and negotiation skills
∎ Good people manager and work culture developer
