∎ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue recovery, or finance within an ISP, telecom, Bank or similar industry.
∎ Strong understanding of ISP billing systems, revenue assurance, and collection processes.
∎ Proficiency in billing software, CRM, and financial reporting tools.
∎ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer disputes and recovery cases.
∎ Experience with like Aradial, Splynx, or custom ISP billing systems.
∎ Knowledge of telecom/ ISP regulations related to billing and revenue management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of transactions.

∎ Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all customers.
∎ Monitor the billing system for errors, discrepancies, and inefficiencies, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company billing policies.
∎ Coordinate with IT teams to enhance and optimize the billing system.
∎ Develop and implement effective revenue recovery strategies to minimize outstanding payments.
∎ Manage collection teams to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms where necessary.
∎ Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend actions, including service suspension or legal recovery processes.
∎ Work with finance and legal teams on handling disputes and charge backs.
∎ Resolve billing disputes and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Collaborate with customer support teams to enhance customer communication and billing clarity.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation of customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
∎ Monitor revenue leakage points and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
∎ Generate regular reports on revenue performance, outstanding balances, and collection efficiency.
∎ Identify trends and recommend process improvements to optimize revenue collection.
∎ Lead and mentor the billing and recovery team to achieve department goals.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
∎ Stay updated on ISP industry best practices and emerging trends in billing and revenue recovery.
