Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and impactful graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop original concepts, layouts, and visuals for projects.
- Enhance images, illustrations, and graphics using industry-standard software.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and skills.
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout design knowledge.
- Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visual designs.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of web design and HTML/CSS is advantageous.
