Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee a team of technicians, offering mentorship, training, and ongoing support as required.
∎ Possess comprehensive expertise in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty, medium, and light vehicles.
∎ Design and enforce service protocols and policies aimed at enhancing efficiency and workflow.
∎ Manage inventory by tracking part availability and placing orders for required materials and components.
∎ Evaluate performance data from the maintenance and repair division to pinpoint inefficiencies and apply necessary improvements.
∎ Supervise technician schedules and task distribution to maximize productivity and resource efficiency.
∎ Demonstrate exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
