Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline (In case of long experience in the related filed other requirements including educational qualification may be relaxed)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of marketing & sales plan, quarterly, half yearly & yearly
∎ Preparation of marketing & sales strategy & Tactics
∎ Achieve sales target monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly provided by management
∎ Maintain business relationship with different corporate house and institutions
∎ Regularly communicate with the customers regarding interior & furniture prospect
∎ Understanding Interior Design and Drawing specially in CAD software -Preferred
∎ Preparing BOQ, quotation, bill and other necessary documents regarding sales
∎ Follow up with the in-house design team regarding on time Design and Drawing completion
∎ Prepare visit plan, action plan & submit to management
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients, create sales opportunity.
∎ Collect all the latest market information and send it to reporting Boss.
∎ Prepare daily marketing activities report and make a future work plan.
∎ Direct marketing to different corporate offices & other Public and Private Company including individuals.
∎ Proper communication with all other departments of the Company if required and follow the instructions from top management.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for the sales & marketing of the company products (Office & Home Furniture, Interior Decoration) & establish the brand.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4/5 year(s) on Furniture & Interior Marketing/ Cable & Electronics Marketing/ Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in : Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Interior & Furniture Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Architecture Firm.
∎ Must have to have a strong corporate customer base
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Candidate must have to have computer literacy
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in modern interior design and furniture.
∎ Smart, Strong Communication skills, Hard Working, Self Motivated, Can move independently
∎ Relation with different professional groups (i' e, Doctors, Engineers, Bankers, Businessman, expatriate etc.)
∎ Candidates who are confident and interested to take challenge with a target oriented job, salary + performance incentive are only encouraged to apply.
