Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ BBA, MBA, BBS, MBS or Any Discipline, from any renowned University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure local sales of the bulk commodities of Rice.
∎ Create the customers, dealers in the local market of Rice and sell among the whole sellers/retailers/dealer and corporate customers.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead team of members.
∎ Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for growth and achievement of sales target of the company.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on present market scenario in Rice.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ To hire, select & train up the team member to create better sales personnel(s)
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English;
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must;
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill;
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills;
∎ Good knowledge in sales & marketing Department.
