Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend per-production meeting.
∎ Manpower re-arrangement based on floor requirement.
∎ Address bottle neck & solve in production floor.
∎ Monitor hourly floor wise target production.
∎ Ensure on time delivery based on TOD with product quality & safety.
∎ Ensure floor efficiency based on target.
∎ Root cause analysis for process improvement.
∎ Ensure all material readiness before bulk production.
∎ Ensure cut to ship ratio.
∎ Ensure materials utilization based on actual consumption for proper order closing.
∎ Monitor absent, late, early out & floor discipline.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal protective Equipment) usage in production area and compliance related issue.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
∎ Monitor daily order wise rejection status.
∎ Attend daily production achievement review meeting.
∎ Discuss with in charge, supervisor & worker regarding grievances, behavior and unwanted floor issues.

∎ Age 28 to 42 years
