Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Higher educational qualification will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours.
∎ Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
∎ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
∎ Determining project changes.
∎ Providing administrative support as needed.
∎ Undertaking project tasks as required.
∎ Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
∎ Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
∎ Resources/Procurement and supply chain management.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt./ Semi Govt. offices and suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Willing to work as a team.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Smart Energetic and proactive.
∎ Ability to speak Russian and work in multicultural environment will be considered as special skill.
∎ Retired Army officers of the Rank of Major will be preferred.
