∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define, implement and execute Air pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits.
∎ Must have high level of relationship and negotiation with the Airlines/ Stock holder to get the best Rate.
∎ Communication with Shipper/ Agent/ Consignee/ Local Buying House.
∎ Tracking & Sending Pre-alerts for every Cargo.
∎ Prepare all kinds of documents & Invoices/ costing.
∎ Follow up the Shipment from Booking to Delivery.
∎ Coordinates all transnational operations (Import, Export and Customs activities), adhering to regulations and internal procedures.
∎ Ensures all Operations teams meet customer requirements and take corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.
∎ Develop a high-performance service culture within the Air Import & Export Departments.
∎ Candidate must ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have English language efficiency.
∎ Sound Knowledge about MS Office and software.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06-07 years of solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding market in Bangladesh.
∎ Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Need solid understanding of operation across multiple modes.
