∎ To provide overall cooperation for enlistment at different Govt. or other sector.
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
∎ Overall Tender preparation work.
∎ Ability to search and find plastic/polymer & home appliance related Tenders & Projects/ Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment Tender submission date etc.) in the of any selected tender.
∎ Ability to Read quickly, understand thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/ No Go decision making.
∎ Able to speak with /visit clients for clarifications/ information related to Bids/Tenders/EOI.
∎ Prepare & compile submission requirements for plastic/polymer & home appliance related Bids/ Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online)
∎ Keep an online track of upcoming/ ongoing/ past opportunities in Excel/ Other software formats.
∎ Keep a track of Competitors activities/pricing/market research/ industry event.
∎ Participate in Industry events/ exhibitions and represent organization to Senior Government and Industry players.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission and meet with company experience.
∎ Calculation tender goods/equipment's pricing with LC, CNF VAT & TAX charge.
∎ Liaise with all other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Understanding of Govt & private procurement process, Budget financial year TAX and VAT.
∎ Age at least 30 years
