Job Context:
∎ We are a leading garments & textiles manufacturing group of companies based in Bangladesh with a global presence.
∎ We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager/ Assistant General Manager for Taxation in our Finance & Accounts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the taxation of our organization and ensuring that all financial reporting and accounting activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Oversee tax activities other than Garments Division of the Group.
∎ To implement tax law to all level of company activities.
∎ To prepare of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ To prepare Tax documents for audit purpose.
∎ To liaison with tax consultant.
∎ To liaison with auditors.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
∎ To develop and implement strategic TAX & VAT planning for all necessary field & implement opportunities for process improvement in company TAX & VAT procedures.
∎ Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial goals are established and met.
∎ To supervise team in preparation of the company's income tax return and other TAX department.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Income Tax Practitioner will get preference
