• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university (Preference will be given to candidates from BUTEX).

• Minimum 7 years practical experience in Knit Dyeing Quality Assurance/Quality Control, of which at least 3 years in Manager/Head of Quality role in a reputed composite knit factory.

• Strong technical knowledge in knit fabric dyeing, shade matching, recipe development, and quality control systems.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect.

• Responsible for the overall quality standard of Dyed Fabric.

• Lead, manage, and monitor the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) operations of the knit dyeing department.

• Ensure all dyeing processes meet customer requirements, buyer standards, and international quality compliance.

• Plan and implement effective quality control systems to reduce re-dyeing, shade variation, and improve right-first-time (RFT) ratio.

• Monitor lab-to-bulk recipe accuracy, shade approvals, and ensure color consistency across production batches.

• Supervise in-line and final quality inspections of dyed fabrics to ensure GSM, fastness, shrinkage, and other quality parameters.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality issues.

• Work closely with production, lab, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets without compromising quality.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality management in knit dyeing.

• Train and mentor QA & QC team members to strengthen technical skills and accountability.

• Control wastage, reduce cost of poor quality, and improve process efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and data analysis for management review.

• Analyze the quality procedure of each and every buyer and get the quality assurance parameter perfectly required for meeting the target quality.

• Maintain necessary quality records/documents as required by the customers.

• Work closely with production personnel to ensure quality requirements.

• Keep all procedures well managed and keep the track of quality development records.

• Keep close coordination with production floor at all level to put advice in quality maintaining or improvement.

• Time to time reporting of the production, wastage etc.

• Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
