Experience:
Should have experience in export sales (FMCG/Garments preferred) with exposure to Middle East, Africa, EU, and SAARC markets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a track record of closing international deals.
Solid understanding of export documentation, trade compliance, and global payment terms.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and growth target in export markets.
Identify and establish new markets, distributors, and long-term partnerships.
Manage the complete export process, including order execution, payment follow-up (LC, TT etc.), production coordination, and logistics.
Lead product development initiatives aligned with international market requirements.
Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and provide after-sales support to strengthen customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance, and report key management insights.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
