- At least 08 years in administrative roles under transport & logistics division, preferably in cement industry or transport/logistics sector with fleet management.
- Familiarity with transport management systems or ERP is a plus
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee daily administrative operations within the Transport & Logistics Division.
- Maintain effective liaison with traffic police, highway authorities, BRTA, and other relevant government offices to ensure uninterrupted vehicle movement nationwide.
- Handle administrative aspects of accidents, traffic violations, or legal disputes involving company vehicles.
- Proactively handle and resolve any issues related to vehicle detention, route restrictions, traffic violations, or checkpoints.
- Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents including registration, insurance, route permits, fitness certificates, and tax tokens.
- Ensure timely renewal of all legal and regulatory documents related to vehicles and transport operations.
- Maintain employee records (drivers, helpers, and logistics staff) including attendance, leave, license validity etc.
- Coordinate with Transport Operation section for recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance records of transport personnel.
- Prepare regular reports on vehicle documentation status, staff movement, license/permit renewals, and administrative expenses.
- Maintain a centralized and updated database indicating which driver is assigned to which vehicle at all times.
- Manage administrative staff responsible for transport record-keeping, office logistics, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Ensure that each vehicle has sufficient reserve engine oil and necessary basic tools all the time.
- Maintain handover and taken over documents of each vehicle.
