Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
∎ Maintain all the stuffs, monitor their regular works as an Accounts manager.
∎ Process bank deposits, daily courier and keep records.
∎ Maintain petty cash.
∎ Maintain daily sales record and submit weekly and monthly report to managing director.
∎ Maintain Door to Door service records, arrange delivery to customers, confirm receiving payments and keep records.
∎ Reconcile financial statements.
∎ Prepare, send and store invoices.
∎ Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
∎ Prepare and submit tax documentation to the proper legal institutions.
∎ Identify and address discrepancies.
∎ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Update internal accounting databases and spread sheets.
∎ Remind clients to make timely payments.
∎ Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
∎ China Bangladesh Import Hub is looking for a skilled accounts & Store manager to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable across the company. The accounts administrator will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all company accounts. They will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts. The candidate will also provide support to China Bangladesh Import Hub’s full team and will delegate accounting duties to other trained members as necessary.
