Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & able to handle billing, Musuk Challan, VAT & Tax related job in Cement Industry.
∎ Able to prepare proforma invoice, product costing.
∎ Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT Act.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
∎ Ensure financial planning, record keeping and regular reporting.
∎ Initiate and follow up at different stages of activities required for import such as overseas, supplier, local agent, shipment, bank, insurance,
∎ Preparation of Cash Flow statement, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Recovery Report, Financial Projection on monthly basis and analyzing and presenting these reports to management;
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, costing, budgeting, etc.
∎ Any other related jobs as assigned by the Management.
