Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and monitoring of accounts & finance activities.
∎ Daily fund/cash management.
∎ Preparing quarterly financial statements.
∎ Determining the landed cost of imported goods.
∎ Selection of proper heads related to cash, bank and adjustment vouchers & checking, posting & correcting the same accordingly.
∎ Preparing & checking monthly bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Monitoring suppliers' payment and maintain liaison with procurement department.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring Tax/Vat/TDS deduction at source and confirm the deposit within stipulated time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Garments Company in Finance & Accounts.
∎ Practical experience of MS Excel and Accounting software.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Capable to work independently.
∎ Able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
