∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ At least Bachelor Degree/B.com/M.com from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Experience of working preferably in a hospital (Non Profit Organisation) in accounting and finance service environment would be an additional advantage.
∎ Experience of any Tax and VAT related working area training would be considered additional values for this position.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, supervise, monitor, record & report day to day activities of Hospital financial transactions.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly reports.
∎ Preparing & oversee bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Custodian of daily vouchers.
∎ Collaborate with internal accounts team to align accounts related responsibilities within the stipulated time.
∎ Monthly staff salary preparation & smooth error free disbursement of the same.
∎ Ensure asset proper input & maintenance of asset register.
∎ Oversee staff/ guest cafeteria expenses, OPD, pharmacy revenue/expenses and report to the management.
∎ Strict compliance of TAX & VAT related issues.
∎ Assist in annual budget preparation, control & monitoring.
∎ Report to Executive Committee regarding Hospital Asset & Liability status as and when required.
∎ Assist External & internal Audit Team to meet up regulatory compliance.
∎ Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts professional to join our team in a key accounting and financial management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in day-to-day accounting operations, particularly in the Hospital. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a deep understanding of accounting, ERP software, financial regulations, and reporting culture.
