∎ Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years proven working experience in Accounts division in a reputed real state organization in Bangladesh
∎ Must be Computer literate
∎ candidte of Cumulla division will be preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure monthly wages/salary report.
∎ To ensure monthly lost profit statement.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems(Tally) for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, petty cash, inventory and assets management, inter-company transactions, fund management.
∎ To ensure yearly income statement.
∎ To ensure group expenses statement.
∎ Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy·
∎ Manage the financial accounting and recording function, using the Accounting Software(Tally).
∎ Maintenance general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other modules of the financial accounting and reporting system·
∎ Assisting to develop and implement policies and procedures as required ensuring that financial information is secure·
∎ Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the company.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.·
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
