Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Partly qualified CMA, CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation of bill, vouchers & inventories.
∎ Assist collection of payment timely & collect vouchers accurately.
∎ Maintain banking correspondence about bank guarantee, tender security, pay order A/c's expenses etc.
∎ Prepare bill /invoice and maintain daily vouchers, ledger book & account related activities.
∎ Prepare receivable, payable and inventories.
∎ Processing all types of payments to vendors and petty cash payments as required for routine
∎ business transactions.
∎ Monitor Advance to different parties and routine follow up.
∎ To keep update bank position, Bank reconciliation, and report line manager about daily fund status.
∎ Prepare all Kind of financial statements and reports that are related with day-to-day business
∎ operation of the company.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly financial closing activities
∎ Prepare all kind of reports on daily and periodically basis under management information system to
∎ update the management about financial status of the company in order to run day to day business operation smoothly.
∎ All kind of cost-benefit analysis to ensure cost minimization and profit maximization of the company.
∎ Performed all kind of financial activities.
∎ All type of project cost, Capital/Revenue expenditure to be check in monthly basis.
∎ Billing in computer by using software, should work in a team, Ability to work under pressure in accurate without error.
∎ Performed any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Prepare budget and budgetary control.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director time to time as when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Expert in QuickBooks Accounting Software, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Superstore
∎ Experience with general ledger function and the month-end/year-end close process.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and good working knowledge of computer applications
∎ Sound understanding about internal control system and audit requirements
∎ Sound understanding of VAT and AIT
∎ Knowledge of accounting software
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Ability to perform well under pressure
