Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ Collecting precise data and prepare various financial reports, including monthly reports, weekly sales reports, cash flow statements, and income statements.
∎ Ensuring strict control over company finances and generate highly accurate reports.
∎ Preparing project budgets & developing pricing strategies for various products.
∎ Maintaining software updates with prompt invoice management.
∎ Managing internal disbursements, such as mobile allowances, transportation, food, and employee benefits.
∎ Overseeing external disbursements.
∎ Handling bank-related tasks, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and collecting bank statements.
∎ Ensuring monthly/ half yearly/ yearly Tax & VAT returns.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
