Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Check & verify all supporting of daily expenses of factory and all outlet.
∎ 2. Maintain all receivable and collecting outstanding balance by billing system.
∎ 3. Maintain ERP software for daily financial transaction.
∎ 4. ERP Support for All department
∎ 5. Publish daily Sales Report by accumulating and analyzing the sales data
∎ 6. Check and verify daily product delivery from factory, sales and closing inventory of raw materials, finished goods, packing and supply items for factory and outlets.
∎ 7. Party payments by verifying relevant documents
∎ 8. Reconciles third party balance ( Nagad, Bikash, Foodpanda) by collecting reports.
∎ 9. Responsible to renew all type of license (Trade license, fire license, health certificate, environment certificate etc.) under supervision of admin department.
∎ 10. Responsible for product license and relevant issues with BSTI & City corporation
∎ 11. Responsible for CM license, B-markation activities
∎ 12. Maintain attendance register Leave register for all employees.
∎ 13. Observe factory premises carefully for reducing maintenance cost, electricity cost etc.
