Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M. Com (Accounting/Finance/Management) with ACMA / ACA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor financial control in respect of plant expenses, materials management and other relevant area
∎ Ensure different report related with plant which cover factory overhead allocation, inventory management, material variance, utility consumption, manpower, department wise overtime and others
∎ Closely work with Head office Accounts to ensure operational performance of Plant
∎ Supervise to prepare plant Accounts and Financial Reports within the agreed timeline
∎ Ensure Pabna bank associated communication and supervise payment related issues and finalize monthly General Ledger
∎ Review and evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of internal controls
∎ Supervise and guide the team to improve the performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have 5-8 years' experience in reputed manufacturing organization. 2-3 years in managerial role will be preferred
∎ Must have knowledge in advance excel with analytical ability
