Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting or Finance/ Chartered Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CA) or Part qualified with overall good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
∎ Month and end-year process
∎ Accounts Payable/Receivable
∎ Cash Receipts
∎ General Ledger
∎ Payroll and Utilities
∎ Treasury, Budgeting
∎ Cash Forecasting
∎ Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis
∎ Capital Assets Reconciliations
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits
∎ Provide recommendations
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ Meet Financial Accounting objectives
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ Must be familiar with Accounting Software's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as Accounts Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
∎ Ability to direct and supervise
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
