Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking interested candidates for the position of Manager for Accounts & Finance who possess initiative, experience in the relevant sector, drive, and self-motivation to tackle challenges and deliver high-quality results.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of Annual and Quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable laws and regulations
∎ Assisting in the month closing and quarter closing activities for submission of the financial reports on a timely and accurate basis
∎ Preparing management reports and other financial documents for informed management decision-making
∎ Providing support during internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
∎ Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
∎ Helping with the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
∎ Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide support as needed
∎ Following established accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and accuracy
∎ Preparing regular reconciliations, including bank, vendor, sales/collection, and intercompany
∎ Processing operational and construction bills, ensuring compliance with the company's established policies, VAT & tax laws, and other applicable in Bangladesh
∎ Assisting the reporting senior in the successful implementation of operational activities as assigned, and performing ad hoc job requirements assigned by the senior
