∎ M. Com in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university with CA (CC) / ICMA intermediate.
∎ (Qualified Professional Accountant will get preferences).

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Construction Business, Real Estate, Strategic Planning, Tally Software, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Ensuring records are maintained in accordance with BAS/IAS & IFRS.
∎ To analyze & reconcile data between systems & update accordingly.
∎ Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.
∎ Support the Management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Responsible for prepare feasibility report for new job/project.
∎ Track & ensure recovery all accounts payable within & outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate Cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ To generate various financial reports periodically.
∎ Responsible to prepare the financial statements including project wise (weekly, monthly, half yearly & annually) (Trial Balance, Receipt & Payments, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow).
∎ Capable to prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly Budget & Budget variance.
∎ Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations.
∎ Ensure proper audit reports with necessary observations & recommendations based on findings.
∎ Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
∎ Prepare Management report on daily basis & as per Management required.
∎ Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain project wise expenses and allocated H/O expenses to the various project as per ratio.
∎ Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund.
∎ Special responsibility for recovery related job.
∎ Daily production report prepared and analysis how to improve or cost minimization.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 12 years service experience in Accounting & Financial Management System out of which at least 3 years as similar position.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Income TAX and VAT
