Position: Manager (Accounts & Finance)
Job Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
Take a hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
Development of an internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company`s assets. Supervise, monitor and control the assets management and movement.
To analyze the product costing & procedures of costing.
To analyze hidden loss & take necessary initiative to remove & reduce such losses.
Analyzing variance between standard cost & budgeted cost.
Order wise Raw Material Consumption analysis.
Profit maximization through Cost controlling.
Checking pre cost & post cost variances.
Preparing periodic costing report to top management.
To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing the risk of investments etc. to achieve company`s short and long-term financial goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Management so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
Monitoring standard consumption of every process and process variance analysis.
To develop the policy to reduce wastage, spoilage, defective & rework.
To establish standard costing method & monitoring real pricing level.
Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Actionize financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. applying management accounting technic.
Expose financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting and developing the internal control system.
Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to company act, customs duty, income tax, /VAT etc.
Develop and implement a strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
Oversee Corporate Taxation: direct Tax and indirect Tax.
Dealing audit matter with audit team in a routine manner to improve systems.
Representing the company in different financial organization and maintaining liaison with the banks and negotiating with them for better financial offer.
