Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Commercial/ Export-Import, customs duty, Tally
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly and annually
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation
∎ Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Receivable etc
∎ Ensuring bank reconciliation in timely manner
∎ Assisting in monitoring of capital expenditure of the company
∎ Sound knowledge on LC opening, checking, verifying & amending Documents & record sheet preparing
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities
∎ Prepare import documentation and submit to the bank
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent
∎ Releasing goods from different land/sea ports as well as transportation of the same to different places of the country by using Cargo/Truck and any other duties as and when required to be done by the commercial section
∎ Cash incentive related to all documentation and conducting Audit against Cash Incentive claim in a timely manner
∎ Co-ordinate with other Govt./Regulatory Offices for the smooth and timely operation of the commercial department
∎ Logistics and shipping functions relating to export-import activities
∎ Yearly renewal of all licenses of companies and indemnity Bond releasing from port against imported machinery. To obtain approval/any License if required in favor of the Company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on accounting software like Tally/ERP or other accounts software will be added advantage
∎ Maximum caliber of leadership to lead his team forward and drive business growth.
∎ Excellent computer skills specially in Microsoft Excel
∎ Fluent in both English & Bangla

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
