Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team of accounts to Keep records of transactions and act as an in-charge of the Accounts Department.
∎ Prepare and analyze Monthly Factory Accounts & Inventory Management and Daily Receive Payments of the Company.
∎ Prepare and analyze Monthly Income Statement.
∎ Review with notes and comments conducted evaluations of financial systems, internal control and assist internal audit, VAT & TAX & Regulatory Affairs Department.
∎ Implementation of internal control system & bookkeeping system, valuation of the Net Worth of business and Industrial undertaking.
∎ Supervise and assist all accounts personnel and their daily work so that, they are able to perform their work smoothly.
∎ Time to time report to the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, the rectification of the accounts of the Company.
∎ Served various types of financial reports and information to the higher authority as well as the Management and any other department of the company.
∎ Liaison with the factory staff for collecting various types of accounting information for conducting regular work smoothly.
∎ Delivered various types of market-related information from the accounting department to the field force and respective person.
