Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong willingness to learn about development issues of Consultancy sector
∎ A strong desire to learn about development issues in the consultancy sector.
∎ No prior experience required.
∎ Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Capability to communicate regularly via the internet, email, Skype, and mobile

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Demonstrate a willingness to learn through a hands-on approach.
∎ Show a positive attitude towards development work and readiness to face challenges.
∎ Be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh, with a focus on becoming a professional fundraiser and project manager.
∎ Assist in the development of Expressions of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposals (RFP), Concept Notes, Research Proposals, Tenders, Quotations and Project Proposals.
∎ Assist to various project reports and filed level Implementation of the projects
∎ Contribute to and assist with Management Information Systems (MIS) development.
∎ Participate in field-level projects, qualitative and quantitative research, and assist in these activities.
∎ Support administrative, budget, bill voucher and documentation work.
∎ Engage in extensive field visits for development learning as assigned.
