∎ Graduated from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining & monitoring all social media channels of query management
∎ Responsible for development of FAQ's based on customer need and monitor and update regularly
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly social media query management report
∎ Communicate with customers through all communication channels (social media/ email, mobile/ any other), gather feedback and provide necessary measures
∎ Assist to develop social media plans, budgeting and site maintenance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Identify problems and recommend solutions
