Job Context:
∎ The main purpose of this position is to train the capable person who has potentiality to handle different type of work. Based on capability, he or she will be assigned for different type of Department.
∎ Super Home is a project of Neways International Company Limited. We are going to open 100 branches in Dhaka City in future. We are looking for the people who are good enough to do the hard work and who can use their brain to solve the problem.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trainee will be developed through structured rotation and stretched assignments in various functions of the organization.
∎ Receiving training in operations and functions so that successive transfer-ability between other departments is carried out properly by the management trainee.
∎ Learning staff functions and line, management view points, company policies, practices and operations which are significant in the proper functioning of organization in the corporate world.
∎ To learn, observe and perform as per business requirement and as well as the organizational structure.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Must be accept any work which is assigned by the authority.
∎ Support overall activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality
∎ Strong creative outlook.
∎ Values: Self -discipline, independent, proactive, hardworking, organized.
